Free Rinex Provider Alberta and Question on Coordinate systems

Hey, anybody in Alberta, Canada, who is looking for a free Rinex file provider for post-processing your data, check out SmartNet North America - Portal (v3.0). I had been looking for months for something similar but didn’t know of any such provider. Of course, it has much broader coverage in North America and it’s worth checking to see if you’re in the coverage area if you don’t have a free provider.
I have not had experience with post-processing downloaded data before, just my own. What do I do if the coordinate system they provide is different, for example, NAD83? Do I need to convert their base station position into wgs84 before entering it into rtklib?
