I changed my wifi password from the default and have since forgotten it. Is there a way to recover it or wipe it out and reset from a new?
Can you not just connect to it via Hotspot mode and change the wifi settings and password?

Reach default password (emlidreach), I advise you to reflash the firmware to bring your Reach to its initial state. This will delete all the data on your unit. We have this guide explaining how to reflash the RS3.
