I have successfully setup the image and connection with GCS for a quadcopter. Is there any way to bypass GPS arm check to fly in manual mode?
Also has anyone worked with navio2 for indoor flying and successfully achieved it ? If yes could you specify the correct approch for the same? Thank you.

What flying mode do you use? You can find descriptions for each of them here.
For stabilize mode a copter doesn’t need GPS to fly, so there shouldn’t be GPS arm check.
Thank you was able to use stabilise mode by removing all prearm checks and geo fence checks. Thank you
