After having our reach RS for about a week we had a mishap and it fell off of the tripod about 2’ up. It wasn’t a tremendous fall and only left a scratch on the Emlid case.
Now the Reach RS won’t even turn on. We contacted Emlid support and they said we have to buy a new one. Their Canadian dealer might be able to fix it but it sounds like a really long process and Emlid takes forever to get back to us.
Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this? It was only a minor fall so it couldn’t have done that much damage. Nothing sounds loose inside the case. Any help would be much appreciated as we really need to use this for upcoming work.
