Are these values good or bad? I understand that if they are low values they are good, my doubt arises because the RMS indicator turned red and I do not let you save.
These are very low, meaning very good. It’s turning red because when creating the project, you’ve set requirements, which are borderline impossible. I would suggest creating a new project with RMS values of at least 2 cm.

You have set your own tolerance for RMS values when you created the survey project. If the tolerance is too small, then increase it!
