'Fix' indication is highlighted in "RED"

Sometimes when I have FIX it is GREEN, sometimes lately it is RED ?
I will try and grab a screen shot tomorrow.
thanks

It’s a feature that turns into a bug. It turns red when you lose the fix but doesn’t switch back. I believe they are aware of it and are working on it.

thanks

Hi @minotminot

Thanks for reporting this to us. As Michael mentioned, our development team is aware of this and is working on it. If you’re able to reproduce it, can you send a screenshot here? It would be helpful to keep track.

Just to mention, this shouldn’t affect the accuracy of your measurements.

We’ll keep you in the loop if there is any news.

@minotminot

Thanks for this! I’ll pass it to our development team.

At the end of the day I kind of like this in a mindset that it could alert me when the unit has a weak fix and is on the edge of potentially losing it. It obviously shouldn’t get stuck on red, but maybe if it turned grey for a weak fix it would get my attention that it may not be the best time to be using the unit for max high-accuracy work. Some people think that just because it is green that it is perfect and that’s not always the case. Just to add another level of complexity to the system for you to think about. :wink:
