Open the MRK file in Notepad and figure out which images were not included in the captured events and remove them from the folder.

Could you please send the raw data logs here so I can check them? I need the base RINEX observation and navigation files and the BIN, MRK, and RINEX observation and navigation files from the drone. You can send it to us via support@emlid.com, and I’ll share the results here.
Also, to confirm, there are 473 images created during the flight, right?
