Since now with M2 receiver all the fligth we do are always in fix, would it be possible to log a file with event position without the need for post processing?
It should be possible. That’s the point of be able to maintain an RTK fixes. That said I would always check the satellite data before completely trusting the solution.

If you want to use Reach M2 for UAV mapping, you still need to post-process the logs to calculate the precise location for each time mark. Time marks are saved to the raw data log, and it’s needed to post-process the data to get the interpolated position.
