I have been seeing this error a couple of times now.
Any idea what it means.

I had it once when doing some test. GCS was connected by Wifi UDP, Telemetry unit was not plugged (-C /dev/ttyUSB0), could be the cause.

Apparently according to the Ardupilot guys it is a bad sd card
