Error creating new project

Hey,

I have setup my Reach RS+ and was able to get a fixed position.

Now I would like to start logging but each time I would like to start a new project I get the following message; “an error occured while creating new project. Not enough space is available to process this operation”

Probably a quick fix but anyone who has an idea what I’m doing wrong?

What’s the firmware version installed on your unit?
Could you please post a screenshot of the ReachView Logging tab?

Hey Tatiana,

searched a bit more on the forum and found it was due to a software update

Updated the software and it is solved
