EMLID RS2 Stuck in loading when I turned it on

My emlid RS2 Stuck in loading status. The GPS keeps flashing for up to 3 hours or more. But the wifi icon on the GPS is on and can be read on my smartphone. When I opened Emlid Flow, the GPS was detected but couldn’t be used and kept flashing.
I have tried to flash the unit but the GPS still cannot be used.

Can someone have a solution for my trouble?
