I have two separate RS2 receivers that have hardware faults and require repair. Both units are several years old and hence out of warranty.
The first one has damage to the sim module, some of the pins have been broken when a ‘fat fingered’ colleague tried to replace the sim and was not delicate enough! 
The second has stopped charging via the usb c port - it used to charge if you held the usb cable in at an angle, but this no longer works, so the port must have become damaged over time. It still charges via the rs232 port, but having the usb functional would be preferable.
Is there any kind of repair network, or disassembly instructions so we could look at replacing the damaged components locally?
