I have had Emlid RS + for 8 months, it has always worked perfectly for me. However, yesterday it did not turn on even though I charged it for 2 hours before using it. The charger I used is 5V /1A as recommended. I have already tried charging Emlid with an outlet, in a USB port of my laptop and also with a power bank.
When the Rover is charging, it turns on the orange Power light, but when I press the button for 3 seconds to turn, it does not perform any action. Also I have tried pressing Power button for 15 seconds for hard reset.
What can I do? I appreciate your help.

Do I understand correctly that there’s no LED reaction on pressing the power button? Have you tried changing the USB cables you use?
Could you please contact us on the support@emlid.com and send the serial number of the unit? You could find it at the bottom of the device.
Exactly, when I press the power button there is no reaction from any of the Rover’s lights.
