Hello team! I have emlid reach RS+ charging issue.It is not charging via the usb charging port.The other option is to charge it via dc 5-40v port adapter unfortunately i do not have it. Please help me know what might be the cause and what i can do.Thanks!

Please contact us at support@emlid.com and share the serial number of your device. You can find it on the bottom of the unit under the bar code.
