Emlid flow Errors in height

I did a stake out using Emlid flow, Field genius and compared the results with robotic total station Leica Ts15.

For the same point, there is a discrepancy of 100mm with Emlid Flow

hi, how long the distance?, and did you check how much Vertical Angle Error/Correction that Leica TS15 Has?

What did you use as a base for Reach? And what coordinates system did you use in Emlid Flow?

If there a difference between Emlid Flow and Field Genius?
