Emlid Flow app not compatible with iPhone

I have been trying to get the Emlid Flow app connected to my iPhone (model 14pro) and the Emlid RS2 Reach. My coworker has an iPhone and has to turn his phone off multiple times for the app to properly connect with the phone and receiver. Has anyone experienced this or have some tips on fixing the matter?

How is your coworker trying to connect? Over the WiFi or Bluetooth? Is the RS2 on the latest firmware and is his Emlid Flow app also the latest version?
