Has anyone successfully used Emlid Caster with Calrson BRX7?
I’ve gone as far as putting in all the ports that I was given, I setup a base (not sure if it was successful), but I then tried to set up the rover and this was where I couldn’t go any further. There was a list of configurations that populated from other Emlid Caster profiles, but the one I was trying to set up did not show up.
If anyone has done this successfully, please let me know. If anyone from Emlid would be willing to schedule a time to help me set this up, that would be great.
Emlid Caster transmits corrections from the base to the rover via the Internet. So make sure both units are connected to the Internet.
It seems the base isn’t connected to the Caster, and the mount point is currently offline. That’s why the rover can’t receive corrections from it. Let’s check this out step by step.
Have you inserted the credentials on your base? If you successfully connect your base, you should see the online next to the mount point name on a website.
Apart from correct NTRIP credentials, you should provide your base with a clear sky view. Also, ensure that you’ve set the proper position of the receiver in the Base settings tab.
Once you activate the mount point for the base, you can see it in the rover’s credentials. You can go through our guide to ensure all the steps are in place.
