Reach RS2 / RS2+ RTK / PPK configuration

Hello All,
I’m struggling to set up my Emlid Reach 2+. I just can not get it to connect to my Drone. I set up my Caster Emlid account. I have my credentials.

I purchased an EIOT SIM card. The triple play one. When I connected to my Reach, it appears the SIM card is working because when I am connected to the Base (Reach 2S+), in the upper left hand corner of my iPad, I have the Base name, battery strength and then, there is the signal strength and LTE. So I believe the SIM card is working.

I go go my output settings I am on NTRIP and the caster network. On my drone, which is the rover, (Mavic 3E), I put in the rover settings from Caster Emlid. The only thing I’m unsure of, on my configuration of my Custom RTK settings on the drone, for “Account”, I put my user name that I log into my caster account, which is my email address. And for Password, I used the password, that Emlid provided for my rover on the caster account.

When I go to save this, it says “Save Failed” and I am not getting corrections.

Any suggestions?

Hi Rob,
The “account” will correspond to the username in your caster credentials for your rovers. You can also fly with an RTK fix without connecting to the internet using the Local NTRIP option on your RS2+.
