I’m new to this, I’ve mounted a reach M2 receiver on the Phantom 4 Pro, I’ve made a first flight and got all the events as float. The base cors was set up about 25km away. What have I done wrong?
25 km baseline for kinematic data is bit far away.
Did you get the 1 hz data, and not the 30s interval ones?

I usually set a static receiver onsite when imaging a site. Even when I have either RTK with the receiver or using our states RTN. In case of cell coverage loss, I can still post process all the flights baselines and have confidence in my positions.
Long baselines will not converge to a “fixed” solution in your case.
