Where could I buy a complete drone kit (frame, motors, props, etc…) to use with navio2.
Requirements:
1. Flight time > 30 min.
2. Carry - day/night camera
3. Range - at least 1500 m.

Bear in mind, in many jurisdictions, 1500m is way past VLOS (visual line of sight) and thus illegal.

Hmmm, not sure, if on your own yes, but when using observers / spotters in direct and constant communication it could be OK. But best to check the local regulations though.
