Download canceled and “This log is being converted. Please wait”

While it was downloaded fron the Reach the connection was canceled when i removed the usb cable. After this i could no longer download, only the message “This log is being converted. Please wait” appears.
As this log was a service run away from my desktop, it is not feasible to redo the work, I ask how else can I extract this log or if I can convert the solution to rinex?
I know that my software versions are old but please help me to solve this problem.
ReachView version: v0.4.9
Reach image version: v1.2
Rinex 3.02

you could ssh into reach and go into logs directory and remove all files that are not raw logs. then the conversion should work again.
