Difference between ardupilot and navio's example code

Navio + can execute not only APM but also c ++ file and python file as follows


This is far easier and easier to understand than APM

Is it possible to access data from this python file to APM?

For example, read the added sensor in python file and send sensor data to pc using APM’s mavlink communication
