Device Descriptor failed

How do I fix this I’ve tried reflashing with zadig and it said it failed.

I’m really not sure what to do here.

yes the reflashing failed

I’m using a surface pro and plugging an M2 into its USB port

Thanks for your patience.

It seems like the Reach M+ is not recognizable by your Surface Pro computer. Usually, issues with the recognition are connected with the USB cables that you use.

May I ask you if you have tried using other USB cables and different USB ports on your laptop?
