Definative answer on Raw GPS data from Navio2

I have read several different posts regarding the ability/inability of Navio2 to produce GPS data that can be quantified and converted to the RINEX file format.

Some say it is possible. Others state that due to the GPS chip set it is impossible.

Can someone at EMLID please clarify this? If it is indeed possible, has anyone been successful in capturing the Navio2 GPS data and converting it to RINEX data? If so can you please explain?

Navio2 uses u-blox M8N GNSS receiver chip that does not provide raw data.

(it was possible to obtain it partially on older firmware versions through unsupported debug messages, but ublox removed this ability in recent firmware)
