CSV bad export

Hello, everyone,
For a few days now I have been unable to export working CSV files via EmlidFlow installed on my device.
The files have strange and badly arranged sesparators which I cannot use in any way.
Has anything similar happened to anyone?

Receiver: Emild Rs2+ sign updated to the latest version

It’s comma delimited. Have you tried opening it through the Excel interface instead of just clicking on the file?

We’ve noticed a similar issue with other users, particularly on Android devices. Our developers are actively investigating and working on a fix for it. I’ll keep you updated as soon as there’s any news.

For now, the issue seems to occur when the app’s language is set to the local one. As a temporary workaround, switching the app’s language to English might help. You can also export the CSV file via Emlid Flow 360, which I’ve confirmed should work properly.

With Emlid Flow 360 it is working, I had not considered trying this solution.

Anyway … how do I change the language of the application? I couldn’t find the entry in the preferences :slight_smile:

  1. Launch Excel and click the “File” tab, then click “Open”.
  2. Browse and select the delimited file you want to open.
  3. Choose “Delimited” as the file type in the Text Import Wizard.
  4. Select the delimiter that is used in your file, such as tab, comma, or pipe.
  5. Click “Finish” to import the data into Excel.

If the cells have any extraneous data like the " then use the replace tool to get rid of them.

I have some great news! We’ve released a fix for this issue in the new 11.4 version of Emlid Flow. Your files should now be exported properly.
