Hello, i work in Houston…in a mainly industrial setting with local plant control…can I use the emlid to do site stakeout for pipe etc. by dialing into CORS and doing some type of localization?

Reach RS+ usually works just fine for staking out points. You can connect it to local CORS or you can use Reach RS+ base station to work in RTK mode.
