I ‘ve got an issue connecting mybase to the Flow app. No issues with the rover. It some times takes up to 2-30 tries’ to connect to the app.

Is your phone running on Android by any chance? Some users recently reported slower loading times with Emlid Flow on Android devices. Our developers found the source of the issue and have already released a hotfix in Google Play. Could you please update the app and let me know if this resolves the issue with the slow connection?

Just wanted to let you know that updating the app didn’t resolve my issue.
I only have connectivity issue when trying to connect the base to the app. It works fine with the rover.
What has me confused is after about 20 retrys it will connect.

Thank you for testing! Which receiver do you have, and what firmware version is it running? Is it the latest version, 32.2?
Do I understand correctly that after a while, it’s possible to reconnect to the unit? Could you generate the full system reports from both of your units and share them with me? Since they contain sensitive information, please send them to support@emlid.com.
Please be sure to post the recommendations here. I too often have similar challenges even though it may not take a long as 30 tries.

I am using latest 32.2 firmware. My base is an emlid M2
