Can I use emlid reasch 2 without a sim card. And connect it via mobile?
Yes, just connect the rs2 to your mobile’s hotspot.

Yep, nothing to add to Christian’s comment. You can work either way: to use a SIM card or to connect to the external Wi-Fi. External Wi-Fi can be your phone’s hotspot, of course.
