I want to update you again that @dbuchanan could connect his device to the caster by changing his SIM. The T-Mobile SIM has some issues connecting the Reach device to the internet.

@timd1971 is right. It’s the list of active mount points. We had issues before when the mount point was online, but it’s showing as offline on the caster page (this is fixed, and there are no more reports regarding this). So, you can alternatively check here for your mount point if it’s online.
If anyone is having connection issues with the Caster and is based in the U.S. the problem for me was using T-Mobile. Another poster suggested the Eiot Triple Play data card, and that was the solution for me:
I think there are some connection issues between the Emlid devices and T-Mobile.
