Connecting Receiver to Navio2

This might be a dumb question, but we’re new to the drone world. We have two radios at our disposal, the Spektrum DXe w/ AR610 receiver and a Hitec Aurora 9 w/ Hitec Optima 7 receiver. Is it possible to connect one of these to a Navio2? Does the Navio2 support only PPM and SBUS? As far as I can tell these two controllers and receivers are neither PPM or SBUS.

you will need an sbus/ppm to pwm converter for navio-input;
either something like that or you buy another receiver (like a x8r with 16channel support! - but you’d need a compatible rc-controller too)
