Connect to drone in real environment

I want to connect to the drone in the real environment, not in the simulation environment, how can I do this?
Do I need to change the connection string?

Do I understand correctly that you’re asking about DroneKit? If yes, you need to change the string depending on what type of connection is used with your device. For more details, please check the Connecting to a Vehicle guide on the DroneKit wiki.

Yes, you understood correctly, but I did what was written on the site and still could not reach the result.
