Confused by lights

My unit is working fine, connected to a Wifi modem, but the blue light is flashing At 2-3hz rather than slowly.
What is this telling me.

Hi @Simon_Allen,

Looks like a “network searching” behavior.
If you say that it’s connected to a WiFi at that moment, then it’s a strange LED status.

  • What ReachView version do you use?
  • Can you record a video of Reach booting from the very beginning, please?
  • Please, send me a full system report by following this guide.
