I have previously configured two RS+ instruments as Base and Rover, and now I would like to add another rover. Is it possible to have multiple rovers configured to use corrections from a single base via LoRa? If so, is there any setting I should change on the second rover?

Sure, one Reach RS+ base can provide corrections for multiple rovers just fine.
You do not need to change anything in the settings to make it work. The second rover needs exactly the same setup.
