does anyone know of a touchscreen hat that is compatible with rpi3 and navio2 ?

I’m afraid we never tested touchscreens on RPi with Navio2, so I can’t recommend any specific models.
I believe that any touchscreen with a DSI connector should work. You can find more related information in the RPi documentation.
