Compass calibration error [solved]

Hello, i put together my first hexa with navio2 and rpi3; i was doing the initial setup when an unexpected error occured at the very beginning of compass calibration (i didn’t move the drone).

I read on some ardupilot forum it was a bug from mission planner and i reinstalled it, but without result.

Could it be that i have to upgrade APM copter to 3.5.5 (as a message on mission planner shows every time i connect the navio by mavlink)?

If so, i don’t know what to do because i already upgraded my firmware by doing “sudo apt-get upgrade && sudo apt-get dist-upgrade” on the rpi3.
