From what I understand Navio2 has a dedicated chip for the PWM output signal that is capable of different PWM frequencies for each channels. Changing RC_SPEED in APM works, but it changes all channels. Ideally I would like the first 4-8 channels to update with 490 and the rest with 50, is that possible with APM Arducopter?

@ogulbrandsen currently that functionality is not behaving properly, we are working on this and will release an update in a week or two.
