Changed an ArduCopter setting and now won't connect

I changed the SERIAL0 parameter to use the FrSky protocol. I wrote the param and after rebooting I have not been able to reconnect with Mission Planner.I can connect to the PI just fine.

I fired up ArduCopter.elf manually on the PI and watched it and it seems to be outputting garbage.

My question: How can i reset the default parameters without connecting? It would be easy on an APM as I could just reload ardurover firmware and then reload AC. Anyone know a trick?

Resolved. The way you do it is you just load up a different firmware. Then you connect to it via Mission Planner which loads the params. Then you can disconnect and reload the AC firmware and connect with default params.
