I’m trying to update the firmware for reach rx. However, I don’t see the start update in the firmware tab in emlid flow app. I’m an android user. Please advise what I should do.

Please ensure that you’re using the latest version of Emlid Flow, version 12. You can check this at the bottom of the Profile section:

Yes I checked that, I was running version 12. However , I didn’t see it. I also checked in another phone, still same issue. Maybe I was trying to update from 1.3 to 1.8
Then I updated the firmware using my windows laptop.
Hi @maxiamacap09 The ability to update from Emlid Flow is available from firmware version 1.6. This is why you can’t update in Emlid Flow from firmware 1.3. However, since you’ve already updated to version 1.8, the next update should work smoothly!
