Do you have the “TestFlight” app installed on your device? The link to the beta app should open TestFlight automatically and allow you to install ReachView 3. If it still doesn’t work, please, send me a message, I will add your e-mail manually.

Let’s try to fix the issue. Are you unable to install the app? Or you can’t connect your receiver to the app?

i install the app but when i try to connect the receiver it s tell my to update the dev and my fermwere is up to dat v2.22.5

Oh, I see. Version 2.22.5 is from the STABLE update channel. To work with ReachView 3, you need the 2.23.7 DEV update.

Please, follow the guide provided by @egor.fedorov.

Hi Ayas,

Could you please clarify whether your Reach device is in hotspot or client mode when you’re trying to update it?

May I ask you to post the screenshot of the Settings page (gear-shaped button)?
