Can't turn on Reach RS

Hi,
why my reach rs can’t be turn on?whereas previously I have used and I have charge 4 hours, after that i can’t turn on my Reach RS

Hi,

Please try to reset the unit by pressing and holding the power button for 15 seconds.

I’ve done it and nothing happened.

The unit was charged from a different source of power and that resolved the issue.
