Hello everyone 
I am new here and joined because we have a Reach RS2 and we have been trying to reflash it but it gets stuck at the “initializing” stage of the (4) Flashing section.
Has anyone been through a similar situation?
I plan to open the unit to try and check if the USB connector is in good shape, and could potentially try to speak directly to the microcontroller.

I just wanted to let you know that I sent you a private message regarding your case.
We also don’t recommend opening the receivers, as it could compromise their water and dust protection. Additionally, it would require recalibrating the antenna of the receiver. If you’re experiencing any issues with the receiver, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us for assistance.

I have opened the unit and found cracks at the base of the Reach RS2 where water came into the enclosure and ruined the electronics
