Can't install RNDIS properly under win7

Hello, I am planing to use reach as a standalone board over usb instead of wifi cause it has to be connected to another deivce. by the instructions, the driver should be installed automatically, just like most devices, however it’s not the case with my laptop (win7 x64). I’ve manually tried install the RNDIS from the drivers list, but still not working.

Specifically, it displayed two unknown ports:
CDC driver,
RNDIS,

I wonder if someone can help on this issue, thanks in advance,
