Can't export projects on Android 8.1

Hi, I’m using an industrial rugged handheld device with OS Android 8.1 to survey using ReachView 3 and I can’t export any of my projects. It just says “exporting”, it doesn’t ask me where do I want to export like it used to on my phone, and then I can’t find any file on the file explorer.

What can I do?

What’s the version of your ReachView 3 app? Please also name the device you’re using to download your projects, we’ll check if we see any reports.

Have you been able to export the projects correctly before?
