I made a static session today, but i can’t download data, for some reason my single log file was spilted into 4 part, and i can’t download any of them. Any help much appreciated.

If you know how to ssh, then use an scp program to go in to Reach and copy your log files out from the /home/reach/logs/ directory.
I try your suggestion, pscp.exe ask me for password but i can’t insert any character…
the characters are hidden, just type ‘reach’ and enter as mentioned in the docs here:
