Can't connect reach to wifi

The new reach has been arrived. I add wifi name in ReachView, then clicked it then connect, but reach can’t connect to wifi.
Somebody please help me

Could you please provide your actions step by step and appropriate screenshots? At what point connection fails?

Hi @igor.vereninov, sorry for long delayed, I just have a chance to make three reach video for describing the error of wifi connection to a smartphone wifi AP.
