Cannot write dataflash logs

Using Navio2 and Arducopter 3.5.5.

Before a flight the Mission Planner HUD displays “Bad Logging” alarms, and no Dataflash logs are written for the flight. The system wrote the logs correctly for several months then suddenly stopped working.

What could the problem be? I can log into the Pi normally and all of the flight control functions continue to work.

Is there a way to un-corrupt the files use for logging? (With a Pixhawk I could simply reformat the micro-SD card, but with Navio2 the card has all of the software on it.)

May I ask you to try another SD card and check if the issue persists?
