Cannot open/export/download survey project

It seems I have a non-responding/functioning survey project. Each of the below procedures yield no results.

  • ReachVIEW -> Survey -> menu drop-down -> Open project
  • ReachVIEW -> Survey -> Export drop-down -> ESRI Shapefile

When I do each of those, it doesn’t open the project and it doesn’t download the file.

It only happens with this specific project; my other 2 open/download fine.

I’ve tried both Firefox and Internet Explorer.

Any ideas? If possible I’d really like to salvage the one project since it accounts for a full day’s worth of work.
