I would like to run some machine learning algorithms via raspberry pi + navio on a quadcopter, what is the recommended camera? (I heard about the interference with gps) so I prefer usb camera
That’s a pretty broad question. Can you focus it down a bit?
sure, I would like to search and detect objects with deep learning/opencv, for that I need compatible camera for rpi3/navio2, also I would like to get a quality live stream in ground station.

I can’t recommend you an exact model but I think that any USB camera working with RPi should fit.
