CAD FILE (DXF) not showing up

On my desktop Emlid Flow 360 I imported a surface file and a CAD file into a project. But, when I open the app on my phone, only the surface file appears. Can anyone explain this? Am I missing something?

Hi Chris,

Thanks for bringing this up. That’s not how syncing should work, so let’s take a closer look together:

  • What mobile device are you using, and what’s the OS version? Also, are you using the latest version of Emlid Flow (12.2)?

  • In the Profile tab, do you see when the last data sync took place?

  • Do you see a red dot on that tab? If it’s there, it usually means a login confirmation is needed. We ask for this every few months to ensure proper syncing.
