Bug with update reach view 26

Good morning
Yesterday i made the update of my two unit reach rs + , and to day i can’t work my rover and my bases switch of alone when it’s switch one i can’t connect my ipad or my phone with my rover and ReachView i see my rover but i have a message of ReachView can’t connect to reach_rover i can’t please help me i have to finish a survey for the client of my compagnie

Hi Adis,

Please confirm if I get the unit state right:

  • The RS+ device is running hotpost: blue LED on the RS+ device is solid
  • You can connect your phone to the network reach:XX:XX
  • You open the ReachView 3 app and then can’t access the device

If this is correct, please try to open any browser on your phone and go to 192.168.42.1: it should open the web version of ReachView.

It’d be also great to have a screencast showing the issue so that we could dig into the reasons for it.

Hello i tried this solution and same result i can’t connect to tjs rover even If i tried whith IP adresse and after 5 MIM the rover Switch off alone

Connecting your phone to the reach hotspot?,

Or Connecting the reach to the phone hotspot?

Yes i tried the two way in direct connections and with the hotspost of my cell phone

Just to make sure it is not the issue of phone disconnecting from your Reach device: do you click on the Keep button after the notification shown on the last screenshot appears?

I think this is is the issue i experience as well.

This explains the issue and possible fix.

Is note a phone issue because i have thé same result with my iPad and i tried whith my computer same result before the update i Nevers have this problème
